Creating Report Templates — Setting the Headings
Next press the Headings tab to select the panel to enter information that will effect the report will appear in the web browser. The image below shows the section of the Reports window containing the Headers panel. When the New Template button is pressed, the fields in the Headers panel are pre-filled with dummy entries that describe their purpose.
View the full Brian documentation for a full explanation for all the fields, but for the purposes of this tutorial, we'll only need the Header, HTML File, and Report Description fields. In the Header field enter the text you want displayed as a header at the top of the page. The HTML File field is the filename for the file generated. In practically every case, you would want to use a .html or .htm extension for this file. The Report Description field is used to give the template a useful name to describe it in the list of templates displayed in the Reports window.
