Use this button to navigate to the previous
label name in the labels table.

Use this button to navigate to the next label
name in the labels table.

| New |
Use this button to put the window into a mode that will allow adding a new label.
When this button is pressed, all fields will be blanked, and the Edit and Delete buttons
will be changed to Save and Cancel respectively. Once the fields are entered, pressing the
Save button will commit the new label name to the database. Pressing Cancel will revert the
window back to the state it had before New was pressed. No changes will be saved.
Label names must be unique.

| Edit |
Use this button to put the window into a mode that will allow
modifying a label name. When this button is pressed the Edit and
Delete buttons will be changed to Save and Cancel respectively.
Once the fields are modified, pressing the Save button will
commit the changes to the database. Pressing Cancel will revert
the window back to the state it had before Edit was pressed. No
changes will be saved.

| Delete |
Pressing this button will remove the label name from the database. This action is
unrecoverable. |
| Lists |
This button is a drop-down menu that has two options for lists.
- All labels in the database.
- All issues on the database credited to the label displayed in the window.
